Good prices but don't expect professional services.

Almost new Vehicle (3800 KM) Pick up was easy and fast. Drop off was great too, had to wait a little for the Airport shuttle due to the high volume of people dropping of Vehicles at the same time. Did not create any issues for us since we had plenty of time to catch our flight home.

Great Booking Platform, Price protection safe us money, nice IOS App, will use this platform again.

The waiting time took quite a while, but the pick up process was straight forward. My only feedback was that the cleanliness of the vehicle was subpar and I had called to complain about this. I called 5 times about the dog fur that was not cleaned up, and Amrit (customer service) said she would pass on my message to the manager and that they would call me back. I never got a call back, and had my allergy symptoms throughout the rental because of the unclean car / dog fur.

Clean up your office inside and out. Clean your cars and put gas in them. Extend your hours for pick up and drop off to airport

They never want us to drop of. They leave us at 8pm at the rental car with no solution exept to walk and take a train at 20mn with our luggages

the car was not at all clean when we picked it up. when we mentioned it to the staff they said sorry but it was very busy (which it was) and they did not have time to clean the car. It also smelled of smoke. The worse was that it was not sound mechanically. Made a loud revving noise and jerked along whenever the automatic system changed gears. It did not feel safe to drive and we emailed customer care. They responded after 3 days saying to call the local office where we could never get through to a live person. So we continued to drive it always nervous about it. It also guzzled gas to an extent I've never seen before. I asked for some sort of rebate when turning the car in but was told to let head office know. So I'm doing that now and hope you'll respond to our satisfaction. Otherwise we will never used your service again.
