They upgraded us to a different model for free, which was a great experience. The price was also very good.

They gave me a car with 7000 miles on it, and it was easy to drive. They tried to sell me additional insurance and services, but I didn't understand them. In the end, the price they showed me was inconsistent with my order, so I raised an objection and eventually canceled.

Overall a great experience with both easyrentcars and enterprise except one small hitch that I was given a compact SuV instead of a standard one. But according to enterprise classification they were both the same category cars and it worked for me so didn't worry about it. Overall enterprise staff was extremely helpful and courteous

Like: That after a V E R Y L O N G wait, I was offered an opportunity to upgrade
Dislike: Too many staff behind the desk not attending to anything, then saying the computers were down, resulting in overly long wait

Like: I rented a Nissan for three days & midst a small heatwave wound up delighted. Air conditioner worked GREAT. The car's brakes were perfect; the smaller steering wheel was a delight. I turned down a black car & got lovely blue.
Dislike: The thought of driving a black car in any hot weather seems a nightmare.
