GOOD FOR RENT

Overall car rental experience with Nissan was great, the car was in great condition, the hotline was helpful and car return process was easy.

The car rental reservation was done on the website with easyrentcars. Any changes to the reservation requires contacting Nissan directly.

not enough manpower of staff as a couple in front of me already spent 30 minutes proceeds document or something. Then another 2 group behind of me keep waiting

The car was in good but the car navigation system was not working. I needed to use google map to lead my way in my whole trip. I have raised a complaint to the Nissan staff when I returned the car and requested them to fix the problem before giving the car to the next driver. Overall, the Nissan staff and the car were good and I had a good rental experience apart from the car navigation system.

Very good and helpful

I realised the car was quite small and we were having hard time squeezing in our med size luggage bag. I requested to do an upgrade for a bigger car but was told I can't do that as I already paid for the car I chose during my booking. Was a bit upset as there are 4 of us and 2 are seniors. End up we have to force everything into the car. I wish we are allow to do upgrade on the spot. Or at least show us the car first before we pay for the balance as I was told because I make the full payment therefore I was not allow to do any upgrade. Beside that the customer service was good. They are polite and patiently answer all my enquiries eventhou there was a language barrier. They even make the effort to call a translator and explained to me in english. Thumbs up.

Easy to use and customer service responded efficiently. It's good that they have employees that can speak different languages to serve the customers.

UPGRADE THE GPS, PLEASE.
