All whent well

The service attitude was just average, and during my first return, I was required to have the entire car inspected.

Good car although slightly less than what i expect. The reception was very helpful.

Like: The staff was friendly and the vehicle was clean
Dislike: No gas stations near the shop

Dislike: The process to get the car at Auckland Airport is horrendous. We'd never done it this way before and the service desk for all offsite hire car companies is disorganised and chaotic. One of the two telephones at the service desk goes straight to voicemail and so without a local mobile it's impossible to know how to pick up the car or get to the lot if you've never done it before. We wasted about an hour trying to figure it out. But once we had been picked up by Aerodrive our experience was great from there on.

Like: Problems arose that were out of anyone's control. Fixed problem as prompt a manner they could to get us on our way.
Dislike: Nothing really was pretty professional.
