Great, would definitely use these 2 companies again.

Car was fine, small but that’s what I booked to keep costs down, I then produced my credit card at green motion to cover the excess only to be told I had to pay an additional 70pounds for extra insurance as I didn’t know my pin and they couldn’t hold the excess on a debit card. Surely with photo I’d and the credit card in person this was unnecessary. I had already purchased excess insurance seperately so the weekend car his cost me £130 for a Honda jazz... very frustrating

The Car hire process is far too slow when compared to any other car hire Service.

Customer service appalling. Charged us 170 for a scratch. They tried to charge for 2 other scratches but I could prove they were pre existing. Tried to fob us off with a small car so we had to pay extra for another

Like: I was happy with Green Motion Service.
Dislike: I didn't like EasyRentcars.com service. Their are not customer frendly and customer support team was awful.
