My Very Excellent Experience Using YesAway Car Rental

The car had some scratches and dents, but otherwise it was fine. Picking up my vehicle was smoothe. Dropping off, had a bit of a wait to get to the airport. First said it would be 5 minutes. I waited at least 5 minutes, then said it would be an additional 10 minutes. When I indicated I really needed to make my flight, then then took me to the airport. Other than that I think Yesaway is great, better than any Car Rental I have ever experienced. Prices are quite reasonable and hoping them keep them that way. Would like to see a little more customer service available at the counter when walking in. Overall the place seems empty, but the upside is that there isn't a huge crowd to compete with time wise. Overall I would give Yesaway a 9.8. I am very happy with them and would like to make this my Car Rental of Choice. Thank you Yesaway, and especially Thank you to Isaic who helped me when picking up my car rental. Michael Breskin

Very good, except that I waited for 20 minutes due to traffic. Once I arrived, I just had to sign and take the car, which took only 5 minutes.

“I’m not sure if I’ll going to rent w same people again!”

the first day they gave us a Ford focus, through the streets of Hollywood on the rise the car began to warn of transmission heating, which was worrying and happened 2 times, cancel an attraction for the Hollywood observatory for that problem, we lost 4 hours in going to return the car and claim for another, happily this problem happened in the city and not outside it because it would have been a bigger problem!
