We booked an economy car, Toyota Yaris or similar. We got a Toyota Vitz, no worries there. But the car was from 2012, had no Bluetooth connection, no AUX and no USB-port for charging. And it was an imported Japanese car which meant the radio only worked in the FM-range of 76-90 MHZ and so you couldn't even listen to music that way. You could find a station for a minute or two but reception was BAD!!!!!!!!!!

“Old car and long time refund”

It was an old car, I couldn’t even use apple play. The deposit money will be refunded in 20 days which is too long, while other rentals would just take for 5 days.

The car I got was exactly what I asked for and was really clean. The only downer is that the whole computer system was in Japanese and it could not be changed, there was also no USB port which is what I requested.
