Great experience.

No notarization needed, overall good, no hard sell, but had to wait a long time to pick up the car. The Dodge MPV's trunk space is a bit tight for two families traveling.

The car was in very good condition, with only 6,000 miles when I got it. I drove over 2,000 miles in two weeks with no issues. With a 3.6L engine, the fuel consumption was 24 miles per gallon, and with California's average of $4 per gallon, it was very economical. The car was very clean, having just been washed when I picked it up, with water droplets still on the surface. At the rental office, the staff tried hard to upsell me to a large Lincoln SUV, claiming it was an upgrade, but it would have cost an extra $20 per day. I didn't fall for their sweet talk and stuck to the model I had booked. It was very spacious and comfortable. In summary: Stick to what's right, not what's expensive :) Dollar didn't offer a full-tank return option, which was not ideal.

It was my first time renting a car, and it felt great. The staff at Dollar were very patient in explaining things to me, even though my English isn't very good; they spoke slowly. The car was in great condition and drove very well. Returning the car was also super quick and convenient. When we arrived at the Dollar location in Las Vegas, we noticed that Dollar had many more customers compared to other companies, which had no one at their counters. It left an impression on my husband that this company must be good to have so many people choosing it.

Compared prices on the QEEQ website and finally booked a car from Dollar. It was quite affordable with many models to choose from. Very good choice.

While I understand that the day I picked up the car there was a huge demand for cars and the staff didnt have visibility on when cars would be ready but (a) they were very unhelpful / on the verge of rude when you asked for any sort of an update and (b) I am shocked that Dollar hasn't implemented a better logistical system so that they don't over book cars and cause people to wait multiple hours for a vehicle!
