DOLLAR CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

O carro não foi higienizado, estava sujo, inclusive com vários itens do cliente anterior, havia uma gosma no volante e vários papéis da reserva anterior, além de um enxaguante bucal, o que prova que o carro realmente não foi higienizado. Não é o tipo de experiência que desejamos. Fotografei tudo, mas não vou incluir as fotos para não expor as informações do cliente John K. A experiência com a Dólar não foi boa.

El auto un poco deteriorado pero funcionó bien. No puedo aceptar que el recipiente de agua de los wipers estaba vacío. Eso indica que no chequean bien los vehículos antes de entregarlos.

Staff were great, car was great, the queue to pick up the car was long, and only 2 or 3 staff taking the bookings. Surely the rental company knows exactly how many cars are booked per flight, and can therefore have sufficient staff on hand to deal with the influx. We had prebooked and prepaid, so only had to produce licence and sign off, but still had to wait in queue with others who either hadn't booked at all, or had booked and not paid. It was a long drawn out affair.

Absolutely loved the vehicle that was selected for us. Choosing the mystery vehicle was perfect for us so we didn’t have to get a second rental. We had lots of space for all our luggage and were all very comfortable during our travels. Just wasn’t happy with a charge per day for each additional driver, was about 30% of our daily rental cost extra to do so.

Constant communication and support if needed.

The car exceeded my expectations, easy to pick up and drop off. The counter staff very helpful and nice. This rental car (Dollar) is the best I've ever rented.

A booking platform is good and easy.

Wait for pick-up car more than 2hours

Terrible scammers. They charge you for toll usage up front and promise to refund if you do not use it. I did not use one toll, yet they have still not refunded me. I try to contact them, but only get template replies.

Wait time was almost an hour. They had room for one more staff member to check people in but maybe not the staff for it. Linda, who checked me in, was positive and cheery and gave me a list of restaurants to try.

Counter staff was terrible. She does not even knew about QEEQ and was telling me my booking is not valid. She was trying to sell me insurance even though I had full coverage, while booking on Qeeq. Won’t recommend dollar due to counter staff.

Wait for car over one hour. Time wasted.

car received was the actual car I booked - same make and model! This is rare nowadays and good to see. Staff did not try to upsell me any unwanted extras.

Price drop protector reduced the cost by $10 a few days after booking - a nice bonus.

They spent valuable 2.5 hours within the 8 hours for which I rent a car. That prevent me from going to the place I originally planned to visit. They also make me buy whole gallon of gas only by the explanation that the unit price is cheeper than in the gas station nearby. I never choose Dollar.

What can QEEQ.COM do for the customer in such occasion as I wrote for Dollar?

The car was fine, but I don’t want that to increase my score for Dollar. They suck so much. There was a huge line (1.25 hours) for Dollar/Thrifty/Hertz all combined. Counter staff kept pulling Hertz customers to the front of the line. I finally got to the counter and was told I’d now be put on a waitlist for 2 hours, and they’d call me when the car was finally clean and ready. Never again.

Always good. No complaints. But never again with Dollar/Thrifty/Hertz.

Exactly the right size car at a great price. Check in and check-out was simple, fast, and easy. It was easy to find the car and drop it off. Drove great. Good gas mileage. Overall excellent experience.
