The car was new, even with a temporary license plate. The model was a bit small, but it was sufficient for the three of us. The process was very quick and efficient. They didn't ask me to sign the final invoice, but my credit card was charged a few dozen dollars. It wasn't much, so I didn't bother to investigate.

In September, we took a self-guided tour of the West Coast of the USA and chose Alamo car rental near Ontario Airport through QEEQ. The location shares a hall with several other rental companies. Upon entering, we easily found the company's service counter. The front desk staff was very friendly and proficient in their duties (I had booked through QEEQ and had all the necessary documents ready). The self-service pick-up was convenient and quick! The car was in good condition with only 8700 miles on it when I picked it up.

The car was very new, with just over 1,000 miles on it.
