I won't use easyrentcars.com again

1. The car provided was smaller than originally booked. 2. There was a small problem with the rental car, so we drove back the next morning to change the car, and the car we changed was more in line with the original reservation, but it was an older car. 3.Returning the car is very fast.

Drop off was misleading and totally confusing. Was supposed to open at 05:00 and I was there at 05:30. Gates were marked in red tape to say closed and open at 7 written over the 5. Return to car centre. Also why an extra charge to travel in Northern Ireland.

All was good.

Always book with Hertz. Other might be cheaper but the cars will be damaged and scratched and you will be worried that you will have to pay extra at the end. No issues when you're with a reputable company like Hertz

Like: Car was very economical and ideal for our situation.
Dislike: Perhaps having airconditioning would have made a big difference with experiencing such warm weather during our stay .
