We had a car that only had 2,000 km on it. Car was clean and ran great

Counter staff were very unfriendly. Not rude but just unfriendly. No attempt to be pleasant at all. Both on pick up and drop off. ( same person) Driver from airport pleasant. Back to airport - again not rude but unfriendly. Like we were bothering him.

The people at the Routes office went above and beyond for me. When I got to the airport I realized I had forgot my iPad in my rental car. They lady at the counter and phone was very patient and the shuttle driver made an extra trip to bring it to me. He wasn’t even going to take a tip for his trouble until I insisted.

shuttle bus took way too long to arrive. I called Routes immediately upon arrival and was told the shuttle would pick me up in about 10 mins. After 20 minutes, I called again and was told it would be another 10 minutes. Finally, I was picked up after 30 minutes. It was -14 degrees celsius on that day and standing outside, waiting for 30 mins was frustrating. The representative at the desk was not at all apologetic. Otherwise, I was happy with the service. The car was very nice, clean, and more spacious than I was expecting.
