Car was good. Staff was good. Pick-up at klia2 to klia1 was good , and vice versa. Best if they could set-up a office at klia2 for those who lands at klia2. Just a suggestion

For KLIA , there was no option to choose between klia1 & 2.

The Booking Voucher should highlight clearly the car rental vendor name & location

Great service! picked me up at T2 and took me to T1, then dropped me back at end of trip

I asked which terminal to go to days before the pick up and did not get a reply. Luckily the agent came to pick me up and took me to the correct terminal

to receive the car you should go to there counter which is very far from the airport building and it will be difficult when have a children's and more bags, and when we reach to the counter no one was there, we waited there representative around 20 min in very bad weather

The car that I ordered wasn't available at that moment and the customer service is kindly upgraded me to the next level which is very nice. Car is very clean and in great conditions. Process is very easy and very smooth except in their system it didn't register that I already pre-purchase full all inclusive insurance and they asked me if I want to denied the insurance. But once I show the proof everything is good to go.
