Got a free upgrade through Europcar great value very happy with the service

The vehicle was very new with just over 10,000 kilometers on the odometer. It was fuel-efficient, and the CarPlay connection made navigation very convenient. Additionally, the lane-keeping assist feature was excellent. If you're used to driving left-hand drive cars, switching to right-hand drive might feel a bit off, but the system immediately alerts you if the vehicle veers out of the lane, which is particularly helpful.

We were given an upgrade and the staff could not have been better. There was quite long queue but the staff soon dealt with it. We were asked if we minded waiting a few minutes extra while they finished valeting the upgrade and we were kept updated thro out. Excellent service overall. Will use Europcar again without hesitation .

No queue at counter to pick up, so process was smooth. They gave me a free upgrade to a small SUV. Staff in car park so drop off very easy

It was much cheaper than booking direct. All went smoothly, didn’t even need to show e voucher at pick up
