Staff not friendly, can’t tell the difference between white and grey colours. Staff slow to give service. No compilation for waiting for waiting a total of 2 hours for shuttle.

“First car had a large crack in windshield and back bumper was damaged. Scratches all over car.”

Took guy 15 min when he came back w same car without cracked windshield. Ridiculous to reserve a car and be given one with a cracked windshield from one end to the other and back right bumper damaged.
