We booked a Kia Morning but they gave us a Chevrolet Spark instead. Besides that, their customer support is slow. I called to ask for help but they replied me on the next day. Luckily it wasn't any urgent matters, Tamra can work better in this. Other than that, everything is good!

“Bad customer service and no protection of credit card payment details”

Unable to collect the car early as they would impose additional charges. Waited for 1.5 hour ! Forced to sign consent form and disclosed credit card details !

The car wasn't full of fuel, one of the tires was losing air and the motor sounded like crap. We returned the car in advance, but we didn't get any discount. Could be the cheapest agency, but the rental wasn't cheap, so better off to choose another agency.

The car interior cleanliness is less satisfactory. There were coffee spills on the sunshade and liquid mark in the cup holder. Dash was dusty which I guess the cleaner only cleaned the exterior.
