About Avis: 10.0 /10
I have always rented cars through the QEEQ platform, both domestically and internationally, and it has always been very convenient. The platform provides clear guidance, making the process generally very smooth. This time, I experienced a minor scratch, but the customer service team was very responsible and assisted me in resolving the issue. Everything was sorted out successfully in the end! I plan to continue using this platform in the future.
