Car had not been washed & was not too clean outside with white & yellow paint on the driver's side window rubber. Gas tank only half full. No shuttle available to pick us up from cruise terminal at San Pedro despite it being advertised... Was advised it was not guaranteed if they were busy.

The store is easy to find, and the service is okay. On Saturday, I had to wait in line for 2 hours. Make sure to bring a physical card; Apple Pay doesn't work, and neither does a US credit card linked to Apple Pay. Otherwise, you won't be able to rent a car. The name on the credit card must match the name on your driver's license. I rented a gas car, but was given an electric car with only half a charge. Charging took 40 minutes to add 30 kilometers. If you return the car after 8 PM, there's a $20 fee. Otherwise, you need to park it yourself and return it the next day.

A wide range of models and quantity available, easily meeting our needs. Numerous pickup and drop-off locations made it very convenient. Customer service was good, and waiting times for both pickup and drop-off were short due to many service counters. The contract was clear with no pressure to purchase insurance. The car itself was of good quality. Overall, a great rental experience!
