Time to pick up car was almost 1.5 hrs worst than I've ever experienced. The lady who assisted was very helpful and courteous. The cars were great condition and priced reasonable. The drop off service was great no wait time.

We booked a minivan but Routes did not have that available when we went to pick up our car. The best option they could give us was 5 seater SUV. Since we had already paid for car rental, we had no choice left. Poor service.

“Average Experience, Lot to improve, but Positive vibes”

The pick up guys are NOT present in the airport unless the customer calls them up for pick-up, STRANGE ! I spent almost an hour waiting :( The car was shaky a bit when driving on highways.
