Tried hard to charge me for lots of stuff I didn't need. Tried to charge me extra for a bigger car because they didn't have the smaller one I reserved. Tried to convince me I needed to pay an exorbitant fee for a toll transponder I didn't need. Etc.

“Never rent with right cars”

I was at the Right Car counter, and I signed the contract. And soon after the representative took it back and tore it saying he was cancelling the reservation. I was asked to show my insurance which I did and he claimed the liability was not enough. I have attached a copy of my insurance and as you can see it has 100/300/100 limit, so I was trying to find out where is my insurance lacking the coverage and asking for an explanation. At no point did I ever refuse their insurance. And in fact even agreed to purchase it. The representative just decided to cancel the reservation with no value reason and ask me to leave. I had prepaid the entire amount of reservation and was told I would get no refund. I see no fault of mine in this and the least I deserve is my money back. Not to mention this caused me a lot of inconvenience, wasted my time, and I had to end up looking for another car rental which costs me a lot money. I had never ever experienced such terrible car rental experience in my life before.

This was the WORST car rental I have ever experienced. There was no wiper fluid, the engine light would not go off, there was a terrible ticking sound from the steering column when you made turns, the air pressure light wouldn't go off, the car was dirty, the pick up experience was terrible, and the FORCED me to take the extra insurance, even though I already had insurance through state farm. NEVER AGAIN.

“Unsafe, Never Again, THE WORST Customer Service I've ever seen.”

I have been renting cars in Florida for 25 years. I always have a pleasant experience. Right Cars was absolutely horrendous. From the moment I picked up the car until drop off. The car was unsafe and dirty. Ontop of that, the customer service made the experience the absolute worst. When I went to pick up the car, the supervisor, Oscar wanted to charge me extra insurance because I didn't have the "sufficient coverage". I called my agent infront of him, and she assured me that I had more than enough coverage. He argued for about 25 minutes claiming this $300,000 property provision was in the terms and conditions when I booked. I pulled up the terms and conditions infront of him, read them aloud, and no where did it state a property provision. Our declaration stated we had enough coverage as well as the fact that I have $500,000 in liability. He was rude, nasty, and extremely condescending. He seemed happy to argue with me. The vehicle was absolutely disgusting. Myself and my daughters were grossed out to sit in it. All four windows, including the windshield were dirty and didn't look like they were ever cleaned from the inside. There was some sort of glue all over the middle of the windshield which was a huge distraction while driving at night. The car had an abrupt shake if you went over 55 mph. In addition, the car had over 30,000 miles on it. In all of my years of renting a car, they have never had anything close to 30,000 miles. We returned to Right Cars to get into another argument. I told Oscar about the condition of the car and the shaking. He did not seem phased. I filled up the car and upon returning it, it was down by one tick of gas. He insisted he must charge me a $50 gas fee. I had to have my daughter drive the car to the nearest gas station to fill up 1 gallon of gas. This made us late to the airport, requiring us to take an Uber. He was rude and did not care that he was making us late at all. Terrible experience and I will never rent again.

The staff was extremely rude and didn't care about my voucher and didn't care about the tolls at a rate of $90.00 for the 9 day rental. I don't drive in Miami except to get to the Florida keys and back to airport. Major ripoff I called the very next day to your company to complain. I was also told by two different employees on two different calls to you about my miles being unlimited rate according to my voucher to go ahead and drive because we will cover it for you. I was charged by Right Car $187.50 on Jan.17 2019. I then started a dispute with my credit card company. I was never given a contract proof to booking with your company stating anything regarding my Florida drivers license. I will never use your company again and will spend my all my extra time writing bad reviews on your company because you don't take care of your customers the way the your employees say they will. Unsatisfied and very dissapointed in your lack of customer service Marian Runnels
