IT WAS A NIGHTMARE FROM THE TIME I WALK INTO THE OFFICE. STAFF UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST NOT ONLY WITH MY EXPERIENCE BUT ALSO WITH OTHERS.

Never got car, be cause guy at counter lied and said my card got declined. I called my credit card company right in front of him and they said no request was even sent let alone denied. Told him to run it again and he wouldn't. They were mad that I refused all their additional options (charges). They were also rude to me and everyone else that came into their closet of a shop.

The staff at pick up was rude. car was very dirty inside. I feel like this was a total scam!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Bait and switched, and claimed that Supplemental Insurance was required by law when it fact it was not. Bold faced lies from the car rental company, still waiting for my deposit return despite it already having been three days.

Right cars Need to care about their costumers, I paid for a better car and gave me the cheap car model they had, I would never recommend this company to anyone.
