まず良かったのは、車の選択肢が豊富だったこと。ビジネスで使うならちょっといい車が欲しいし、観光だったらコンパクトカーで十分だもんね。AVISはそこが柔軟だったかな。

予約から受け取り、返却までの手続きがそんなにめんどくさい感じじゃなくて、それは良かったよ。時間通りに返さないといけない時でも、スムーズにやり取りできたし。ただ、ちょっと高い印象もあるかな。他のレンタカー屋と比べると、AVISの料金がちょっと高めだったんだよね。でも、その分車の状態やサービスは良かったから、どっちが大事かは人それぞれかな。
