Awesome trip and a great car

I read the reviews, but did not experience any of the negative comments. There was no pressure to buy anything extra, but we did bring a letter from our own car insurance saying our coverage was good for their car as long as it was valued at $100,000 or less, which wasn't a problem. The cost was so much less than anywhere else, I was sure there would be an issue, but there were no problems. I will definitely use them again and would recommend this Orlando location to friends and family.

It worked seamlessly. No issues at all through the whole process.

It was pouring rain, and we were expected to inspect the vehicle using an iPad in an uncovered lot. Additionally, they didn't have enough iPads for all customers so we had to wait. When I finally got an iPad, the vehicle keys they gave me didn't work with any van on the lot - they were a spare set of keys to a van already rented to someone else. NU found me another van but didn't update the rental policy with the new van information until I pointed it out to them. Pick up was a real mess and there were other customers who rented children's car seats but they were broken and not functional.

The car was offered as an alternative to what I requested - a downgrade for less money from a Jeep to a Blazer. The car was great and performed very well. I am trying to see where I actually paid $160 as promised by the agent. She also stated that a $300 security would be charged and returned to my account. I paid QEEQ $349.77 on 11/17/23 and then was charged $230.73 on 12/18/23 by NUCAR. I need to know when the $300 will return to my account. I expected to pay $160 after the agent described the reduction. I need information and clarification. I'm hoping that I was not ripped off and need to see my $300 deposit returned.

I have to wait for about 2 hours to get the car. More than 2 other customers in the line cancelled their booking due to the long waiting time.

Hidden location, 2 shuttles needed. Run down shop. Sloppy workers. Poorly lit area outside, where the cars are. Happy with the car though. NU let me wait at checkout in line with people checking in: Made me nervous, because I had flight to catch. Then they only took the keys. Worst: Got billed about $103 extra by mistake. Luckily they refunded it, so I'm happy with the price I paid.
