Self-service is convenient. I didn't notice the fuel level when picking up the car and realized it the next day. To avoid any misunderstandings, I filled up the tank before returning the car.

Upon arrival to collect the vehicle on December 5, I faced a delay of approximately 35 minutes. This was due to the unavailability of a suitable vehicle, despite making a reservation well in advance. The first vehicle I was given had an expired vehicle registration. I only discovered this when told by the SCDMV. Exchanging to a legal vehicle required me to take unpaid time off work, which hasn't been compensated. More than 6 other vehicles also had expired registrations. To top it off, I was then charged (and subsequently refunded after complaining) because the first car didn't have a full tank when returned! It was not my intention to return the car - this was the only resolution available to the onsite representative.
