This is my fourth time renting a car in Krabi. Very good and convenient, no upselling. Thai service is indeed excellent.

Very satisfied with the service. The staff had a good attitude, and their English communication skills were quite decent. The whole car pickup process was very quick.

When I arrived at the store, there was no staff, and I had to call them myself. This is quite inconvenient! If a tourist hasn't activated their phone, how can they contact the staff? It is recommended to have staff available at the store at all times. What's even more ridiculous is the license plate number...167! The car sides were very worn, and you could still see the remnants of Hertz stickers on the vehicle. Additionally, there was a long scratch on the body of the car, stretching from front to back.
