Service was good, but the staff's English at the Avignon location was not very strong, probably because they get fewer foreign visitors. When signing the receipt, I didn't understand it at first and the explanations were unclear, but I eventually figured it out using my phone to check the numbers. Also, I'm not used to driving a manual car, so I didn't know how to shift into reverse when parking. I had to ask someone on the street for help, which was embarrassing. Don't expect the staff to give you a tutorial, so if you're not familiar with manual cars, it's best to test everything before driving and ask questions immediately if you have any doubts.

Waited half an hour for the car, everything else was standard service.

Overall good, but the paperwork fee for handling scratches is hard to understand, especially since I purchased full insurance.
