Worth it to rent a car in Italy. Make sure you have a phone with GPS though!

The overall service from Sicily by Car was mediocre. When faced with an emergency, calling the store resulted in no one answering!

This is the second time renting from this company. They provided an Italian local brand, Lancia. Although it's a small car, it performs excellently on the narrow roads of many small towns in Italy. With a 1.0-liter engine and electric assistance, fuel consumption is extremely low, and the space is sufficient for two people. I purchased full insurance directly from the car rental agency for peace of mind. The staff assured me that even if the car is damaged extensively, there's no need to pay. During drop-off, they didn't even inspect the car.

Overall okay, this is one of the larger rental companies and is quite easy to find if not for the return instructions from QEEQ. The issue is they never answer the phone, and you have to figure everything out on your own.
