Budget office at Newark Airport was great. Dealing with QEEQ reps complicated & stressful.

Attentive and detailed service, clear explanation of content and precautions, and the pre-booked information matched.

This SUCKED I arrived. The budget counter could not find my reservation. Once I show them they then found 2 reservations. They could not figure it out so sent me into the main desk. These people were incompetent. I waited 30 min. Then when they got to me they told me that I had to wait 45 min for a car. Then at 45 min I check and they told me that they had no cars and there were > 10 people ahead of me. I walked over to Avis and book a car. I missed my appt.
