Easy, smooth, efficient and great value for money.

The overall service was quite good. The staff members were friendly and helpful. I originally wanted to rent an SUV, but I missed the chance as they were quickly rented out. Driving on Koh Samui really calls for an SUV. On the first day, while going uphill, the bottom of the car had a minor scrape. I had only purchased the basic insurance during the car rental process, but later at the store, I upgraded to comprehensive insurance, though it did not cover tires or the undercarriage. When returning the vehicle, they just gave it a quick look, and I was good to go. It was very convenient and reassuring.

The staff at the store were very friendly and patient. Communication in English was smooth. There was a minor accident during the car rental, but it was handled well. I recommend buying QEEQ's comprehensive insurance. The whole process was great.

The staff was very enthusiastic and had a great attitude. They explained the contract details thoroughly. I added zero deductible insurance, and the return process was smooth with minimal inspection. Also, when I rented the car, they only checked my driver's license, so I didn't need the translated copy I brought. The car they rented to me was very new and in excellent condition. I am very satisfied with this car rental experience.
