It was great, smooth communication in English. Purchased full insurance at the store, and the car was parked right at the entrance.

Satisfied

The overall service was okay, but there were only two staff members at the counter, leading to long wait times.

The company’s service was fine overall. The only issue was during the return process; our fuel tank was slightly below full. I asked the staff three times if it was okay, and they said it was no problem. However, they still charged us a significantly high fuel fee on our pre-authorized credit card, which was frustrating.

Everything was very smooth and superb service

Easy and very detailed
