The staff was very enthusiastic, patient, humorous, with a friendly smile and proficient service. Great experience!

The rental process is very convenient. Just provide the order, driver's license, and translation, and it's quickly processed. When picking up the car, they directly tell you the location, and you go there yourself, completely self-service. Returning the car is just handing over the keys, and no one checks the car. Very convenient.

The two-box Nissan has decent power in Australia.

Car was on par with what we expected. Not sure why the service counter staff initially assigned a smaller car, but then mentioned that we were given a "free upgrade" to a bigger car (which was actually the exact same car that I had chosen upon booking).

Easy booking. Happy with the savings.

Like: Booked online , called next day to see if I can collect earlier and no trouble for staff they even upgraded me. Service with a smile, clean and modern car thank you.
