Worst Experience. Never Again!!!!

They were giving me a car with bad tires, cuts in 3 of them , unsafe, low profile tires and rims...the rims were all scratched up due to the low profile tires. Should not be renting cars with low profile tires. Manager said he could not give me a different class of car , even though i would have taken smaller. Had to wait over an hour for a Hyundai Sonata lucky that it came back. This was the only car on the lot like this...all others were fine. be very careful on the 300,000 liability of your own insurance you must have to avoid high charges.

Rip Off - I have never had to buy additional insurance in my over 20 years of renting cars in Florida. It is not clear that the Liability coverage has to be 300K per person as I had 300K per occurrence. I will not rent from you again.

Do not rent from this company they want 300,000 dollars worth of car insurance for crappy 12,000 cars.

je n' ai pas accepter de prendre la voiture chez Rightcar car se sont des escros qui veule seulement nous arnaquer avec des frais supplémentaire non obliquatoire chez tous les autres locateurs de voiture on me reclamait tous pres de $23.00 us par jour pour des option que je ne voulait pas

When i booked the car rental, it said 24 hrs a day. Once confirmed , we found out agency closed at 9 P M. Our flt was late, hubby ran to get car, 5 minutes before front door locked.
