Very satisfied, possibly because our rental coincided with the peak tourist season, resulting in longer queues.

The staff at this location have excellent service attitudes.

All good except the fact that there are no clear direction to drop thw car at the Hobby Airport. In my bookin it was mentioned Interminal drop off where as the drop off location is quite far away

All well. Perfect for this rental

Like: I loved the car
Dislike: Calling hertz on the phone and speaking to the reps I was driving in a massive rain down pour and needed to change location of drop off they could not tell me how far hertz was from hotel I was staying at . Paying more for a different drop off location seems rediculous to me The guy at drop off location however was very nice
