Best price I could find online, car in good condition, Budget experience could be better

There was over an hour wait on pickup despite only about 8 people being ahead of me in the line. It was pretty bad, super slow service, and the longest I ever had to wait for a rental car in my life.

It was easy to book and a competitive price, although the information about there being a rental counter inside the airport was incorrect.

Very satisfied. This is my first time using Budget. The service is similar to Alamo's, but Budget assigns a specific car while Alamo lets you choose any car.

The brakes were not in good condition, the car kept shaking when we would press the brakes. The key fob battery stopped working and the car wouldn't lock. I was not informed to renew the contract after completion of a month and so had some issues when I tried to call to extend the rental for 4 days. I ended driving 4 hours to the nearest budget to drop off the car because of this.

When I contacted qeeq to extend my car rental they just sent me to budget and did not help

Smooth and Mohammed at the front desk was extremely helpful.

Pleasant Experience overall

Horrible experience. I showed up 30 min late and they charged me two and a half times the original rate.
