Excellent service, all the instructions were very clear. They provided a comprehensive set of A4 guides covering details like where to refuel before returning the car, places where parking is not allowed, and how to handle accidents. The staff was very patient, the car was very clean, and I got upgraded to a seven-seater Freed, which was spacious and comfortable. Driving a right-hand drive car didn’t require much adjustment since Japanese drivers are very disciplined, with no reckless overtaking or cutting in line – it actually felt more relaxing. Be sure to rent an ETC card; it’s super convenient. At return, they provide a detailed statement so you can settle the toll fees altogether.
