“Extremely horrible dissatisfied”

We feel that we were scammed because they lied and forced you to buy their insurance and forced you to buy the Sunpass if you didn’t have $300,000 in property damage they made you purchase their insurance and it does not say anywhere about that until you get to their counter I will never rent from this place again . We would definitely like a refund !!!

Felt like I was cheated with the insurance. Didn't see anywhere where I had to drive my insurance. First time in 25 years I had to and then told my coverage was not enough. Will not ever use you again.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.

The staff at the counter was not pleasant and did not listen to me.This is in regards to insurance of the rental car. I am covered by my insurance for rentals in US and Canada. Staff at the desk forced me purchase a policy of $14.00 US per day for 21 days, total of $313.00 US. This is a rip off.The cost of the car was $252.US. All necessary documents was provided. Very bad experience with this company. No more.
