Great if car category is available at pick up time

The service attitude was great, and the car pickup process was relatively fast.

In the counter the staff was unrespectfull.

The Dollar phone representatives were extremely unhelpful. They told me that I could return the car early and receive a pro-rated rate and when I arrived at the counter, I was told otherwise. I ended up returning the car early and paying the full amount. When at that point, I attempted to keep the car, per the original agreement, the counter representative become hostile and verbally abusive.
