Visited Malaga before collecting car but was unable to find a way back to the rental car desk in the terminal. All the signs lead you to the garage but was able to use the voucher to pick up the car at the Interrent office in the garage.

Price dropped shortly after booking so should be getting a partial refund soon.

Will never use again and will encourage others to do the same. Worst customer service I have ever experienced

The attitude of the counter staff was very poor with threats of financial penalty when costs for additional insurance cover was declined. Said that my World wide multi excess cover taken many times before was not valid. The car was excellent, but because of the poor attitude of counter staff would not consider using Interrent again or consider recommending to others

Have used Easyrentcars several times and a good value for money service has been offered on each ocassion. Highly recommend this booking platform

Easy to find counter in the airport terminal, no queue, paperwork sorted and key in hand within 15 mins. Almost new Seat LEON in very good condition. Overall very impressed.

Pushy staff, tried to make us take out extra insurance for over£200, we had full insurance taken out with easy rent on booking. We explained this but still they tried to make us take out their insurance as well ( we declined) . She then asked us to upgrade the car also and pay a waver of 21 euro to pay for flexi fuel .
