I could not get the car and I also could not reach anyone via phone this has been terrible

Right Car rental should be wipe out of business. They are rip of company, as well as Economy rentals - the same strategy to lure customers with low price, charging them 2 or 3 times more than originally stated. We ended up cancelling our rentals, since they denied our personal insurance with $2,000.000 liability insurance coverage( they requirement is $300,000)? Basically, they are counting on your tiredness, and brazen requests you will have no other choices. I had cancelled my reservation on the spot, which person at the counter gladly proceeded with. Their raining should be 0, and no advertisement on car rentals web pages at all. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM,SCAM....

Do not rent with this company, I was given a car that had the trunk already damaged, on my way to my hotel the trunk opened, other drivers honked at me to let me know, not the best way to start. I managed to close it and continue. The second day I called no answer, not the way you want to spend your vacations, on the phone and trying to get another car that never happened. I tied a cord to keep it close. I finally talked to somebody two days before my vacations ended and told them I did not want to be blamed for that, and they told me not to worry about it. Guess what, A week after my deposit was not returned and when I called they said that they will not give me my deposit back because I damage the Trunk!!!!!!!. What is wrong with these people, they are so dishonest, I will not recommend this company at all. Go with the ones that are in the airport, even if is more money One more thing, I spoke to the manager today I mention that I will fill out this survey, and he said that if I do it, he will not help me in any way to get my deposit back. That is so unprofessional.

These guys are scam. They force to sell insurance even though you don't need and own it. They require over $300000 in every category. ex) you need over $300000 in property dmg and uninsured even through that amount were not revealed in terms.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.

I felt like they got you to thier business with the lure of low cost rental, but all the add on BS fee’s were threatening and nerve racking
