The car had invalid printed insurance. When I called Routes, they emailed me an invalid digital copy. I had to scrap my plans that day, took photos of the invalid insurance.

GPS they rented me didn't have all the parts. No suction window cap mount so it was very inconvenient and not safe and thety charged for it 9.99 a day.GPS NEED UPDATING Otherwise everything great.

“Go with a different company”

Our car was broken in by breaking of a rear passenger window. Routes replacement and repair charge was ridiculous. Over $200 from estimates Plus they charged an administration fee of$50 apparently to fill out paperwork. Our insurance would not pay for the down time days or admin fees. Their “extra” insurance offered had a $1000 deductible. So nothing was covered. The extra fees after already being stolen from by the break in left a very bad feeling.
