The gas tank was not full when I picked up the car, and the staff promised to reimburse me for the difference when I returned it. However, the parking lot was too dark, so the recording was just for peace of mind.

The service attitude was very good. We arrived a bit late and there were no cars left, but the rental company immediately arranged another vehicle which was nearly new. Very impressive.
