Straightforward- except I didn’t get a confirmation email. Had to call Europcar at Perth airport

The service was good, but the gas tank wasn't full. They agreed to refund me, but I'm not sure when that will happen.

It’d be great if the car comes with something to hold the cellphone. A charging wire and plug-in for the phone would be handy too.

Like: The car was in good condition and the collection process was smooth and fast, albeit the initial confusion on the type of car booked.
Dislike: The car was returned at 3.30am and there was no one manning the return counter. All there was was a self key drop with no proper instructions as to how it should be done. Perhaps a clearer instruction should be posted for ease of return during odd hours

Dislike: the staff on collection side never marked down the painting defect, luckily i took the picture and proved to drop off point shown that the defect already there when i collected the car. The car is good except the wheel's tyres and alignment not in good condition, driving became more tired and worry about the slippery when driving in wet weather during my trip.
