Helpful staff but car not perfect

I booked a Peugeot 3008 but got an MG ZS instead. The car felt a bit small; fitting two 28-inch and one 24-inch suitcases was a bit tight, especially since my non-standard luggage is wider than usual (standard ones might fit lying down). Finding the car was straightforward, and returning it was also easy if you prepared well. We were over 20 minutes late returning the car, but there was no extra charge. There were no pushy sales tactics, the return inspection took only three minutes, and the process went smoothly. It's been over ten days since we returned home, and the deposit hasn't been charged, so overall, it was a pretty good experience.

When you come to the country for the first time the last thing you expect is rude and arrogant staff by the counter trying to trick you in paying more for car insurance. Avoid at all costs! Absolutely miserable experience..

The staff was a bit slow and it took a lot of time to pickup the car. The insurances they sold were too expensive.

Great team on teh desk. Gave me a new car and upgraded me. Really great service.

All good apart from th annoyance of having to print out a voucher that I didn't need anyway. It would be better if you could confirm that the voucher was not needed or can be stored on the app/phone.
