The store is easy to find and there weren't many people in line that day.

Very satisfied. The staff at the Vancouver counter were very friendly and the process was quick. We originally booked a mid-to-large SUV, a Ford Explorer, but since we were a small group, they recommended a smaller Ford Edge (we could also choose the original category, which was a black GMC, but it was older). The car was very new, only driven for over 6000 kilometers. Returning the car in Calgary was also simple and smooth; after a brief inspection, we received a confirmation slip.

All well. They told me clearly that if any danage they will charge me 500 dollars subsequently i have to claim from other insurance company.

My additional insurance was in HK dollars. I have no connection with Hong kong. How would Hong Kong AXA cover?

Clean and new car, easy to deal with

The quality and condition of the car is much better than some companies I had used in LA and Miami.
