Why can't they supply what they confirmed to supply?

The staff was very friendly and the car provided was excellent and quite new, even newer than the one we saw online. Pickup at Athens Airport and drop-off in downtown Athens were both easy. We would choose this company again if given the opportunity.

Pickup was very quick. The car was almost a brand new 208 diesel version. Every small scratch was confirmed (and I took photos myself). The pickup point was quite tight and on a slope, making it a bit difficult to drive out, but that's typical in European city centers. Drove 600 kilometers over 4 days and spent 46 euros on fuel. Returning the car was also quick, and there was no over-the-top inspection for scratches. Although the credit card authorization hasn't been lifted even after 10 days, the return slip says 'car ok', so it's not something to worry about.

We had booked an SUV but given a smaller car. Tried to swap it for what we had booked but were told we would have to pay an upgrade fee?! The car we were given was not the same class as the car we booked.
