Initially, I had low expectations for a local car rental company, and this one had no reviews. I was a bit nervous, but it far exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend this local rental company! The staff spoke excellent English, making communication very smooth. Although they promoted insurance, they were very understanding when I mentioned I had already purchased it through a third party. They allowed me to pick up the car an hour and a half early without changing the return time, effectively giving me an extra hour and a half free of charge. The staff were very efficient and provided clear explanations about entering and exiting ZTL zones. The car was in excellent condition, almost brand new. The parking lot is in Florence's old town, so be cautious when entering and exiting.

Italian roads are very narrow, so we booked a small car. However, when we went to pick up the car at the scheduled time, the rental company didn't have the model we reserved and we ended up with a larger car. Although it was more comfortable to ride in, it was harder to drive and fuel costs were higher. The front desk staff was quite helpful despite limited English skills and even tried to sell us insurance, which we declined after clarifying the details. Be mindful when picking up your car.

Good service, easy to find the drop-off location

Diagram of the damages of the car was not updated and the level of the fuel was not OK. During the drop-off they found new damage on the front bumper but when we show them pictures from pick up they gave up and no further action was taken.

Ordered a 4 x 4 car but when i arrived they only had 1 vehicle left which wasnt a 4 x 4 and was smashed all over. I was told i didnt have a choice and that was the only vehicle they had so i had to take it.
