Easy as

Hertz has a counter right at the T2 exit. Initially, there was no one there, and we almost got lost. Fortunately, someone arrived after a while. Service was acceptable; people in Sydney generally aren't very enthusiastic, maybe it's just how city folks are. We had to walk around a bit to find the pickup spot; without guidance, it wasn't very convenient.

Almost all the rental and return staff are Indian, it felt like I was in India. However, the service was thorough, fast, and polite, as expected from Hertz.

Picking up and returning the car was very convenient. There were not many people renting, so we didn't have to wait in line at all. The staff were very friendly and, even though we don't speak English, they helped us complete the car rental process quickly. They did not try to sell us any additional products or services.

Everything was perfect. Staff was helpful, we got our requested car, the car clean & nice.
