It's okay. I originally booked a Mazda 3, but they gave me a small Kia instead. The license plate was bent, which was a bit frustrating.

There are not many counters at the Philadelphia airport, so there's a bit of a wait. However, once it's your turn, the service is very efficient.

Overall, it was quite good. I initially had some trouble finding the pick-up location but later realized it was actually quite obvious. The car pick-up process went smoothly. They did try to sell me some extras, but when I declined, they didn't push further, although they didn't look too happy about it. I had booked a Ford Focus but received a Kia that looked like a mini Cooper instead. I didn't mind as long as it worked. Returning the car was very smooth; the staff in charge of the return were very nice and made it a pleasant experience, making me feel like I would definitely come back next time.
