Great experience. Ended up with a Mitsubishi Outlander, 7 seater.

Guy at counter said card would be charged $200 deposit, then tried charging $440 to card, when questioned he said I had NO insurance cover for vehicle, a lie as after insisting that I was not paying a Dollar more than I had pre paid he the printed out thecontract which showed the cover paid for. I got an Intermediate car not the Compact booked but probably only because it was out of state registered and had body damage on the drivers door. Trying to find the Advantage section in the garage takes ages as the signage is useless. Counter staff need to tell you how to find the car not try ripping you off with lies. A crap company I will be reluctant to use again.

Advantage counter staff were horrendous and rude - I think this is typical of Orlando car hire from most companies!!!

Excellent service and fantastic price

I am not from Florida and didn’t know I had to turn the SunPass off. I told the staff when I picked up the vehicle that I would be paying the tolls (total about $10 for the week). Because I didn’t turn off the pass, I was told I would either have to pay $10 per day I had the car (it ended up being $112 Canadian dollars) or pay an exuberant amount more because I’d pay a penalty of $25 per till. I should have just been charged at most for the 2 days I used the pass (to and from airport) at the very most given that I didn’t want the pass to begin with. Your staff needs to do a better job of explaining how the SunPass works. Their lack of communication cost me over $100

Wait at pick up was far too long. Encouraged to purchase toll package when highway toll system was not explained clearly.

Like: Good to deal with, very helpful, got better car than had booked, good location was in airport
Dislike: Had a little longer wait time than would of liked But wasn’t drastic
