I already paid the car rental. And when I arrived still charge me 1440 baht for no reason. And gas not even full fuel. And ask me return for full fuel. I will never book again

The supplier informed us that due to you didn't have credit card their company requires, so you were suggested to either cancel booking or purchase extra insurance SCPDW+SPTHW. I had an appointment at 9, but I arrived at the airport early. They start work at 8 and were there to help me with the paperwork right away. I had printed out my translated driver's license and the order, which I accidentally misplaced at the airport, but it was no problem. They clearly explained the driving precautions.

The drop off took over an hour as the office did not open until 7:30 am, but our flight was 8:25 am. Good thing Krabi Airport is small, so there was no problem going through security checks and going to boarding gate.
