A good way to rent a car for less money

Very satisfied.

We had an issue with the wiper fluid. We travelled from Reno to South Lake Tahoe and noticed that the wiper fluid kept freezing with the lower temperatures. I kept a bottle of winter solution on hand to splash on the windshield whenever the windshield got too dirty from the weather conditions.

They were responsive when I had questions.

No problems.

I asked for Miami Airport and did not notice that another place in Miami showed up and I accidentally booked there and later realized what had happened. I had to cancel and rebook for the Airport, but all went well apart from that. I was able to cancel and rebook with no great difficulty.

My only complaint was the thrifty van didn’t take me directly to my terminal. I had to get off and board another bus. Otherwise it was great.

Counter staff were very grumpy and unhelpful. There was the option of an ez-pass for tolls that was not explained at all which was also very unhelpful. They really appeared to nor care less. Car staff on the other hand were very happy and helpful.
